2. Enter the Subdivision name (left arrow). I find that the MLS uses only one word of the subdivision, sometimes. So, 'Legends' instead of 'The Legends.' Or, 'Brookdale' instead of 'Brookdale Meadows.' So be creative about possible references to a particular subdivision.
3. Press "Search" (right arrow), to see homes on the market there!
